What products does Noovent offer?
We currently offer four products:
- Cognitive Support — A full nootropic stack with 8 individually listed ingredients for focus, memory, and cognitive performance. No proprietary blends.
- Ashwagandha — Organic ashwagandha root with organic black pepper (piperine) for enhanced absorption. Supports cortisol regulation and stress resilience.
- Lion's Mane Mushroom — Organic lion's mane standardized to 40% polysaccharides, full-spectrum fruiting body and mycelium extract.
- Mushroom Complex Gummies — Ten fruiting body mushroom extracts at 10:1 concentration in a vegan pectin gummy. Natural raspberry flavor, no gelatin or artificial additives.
What's actually in your products?
Every ingredient and dose is listed clearly on our product pages — no proprietary blends. Our Ashwagandha uses organic root with piperine for absorption. Our Lion's Mane is standardized to 40% polysaccharides. Our Mushroom Complex Gummies contain ten fruiting body extracts including Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Turkey Tail, and more. Why does the form of the ingredient matter?
Most supplements use the cheapest available form of an ingredient. For lion's mane, that's mycelium grown on grain — which is mostly starch, not bioactive compounds. We use full-spectrum fruiting body and mycelium extracts standardized to active compounds. For ashwagandha, we use organic root with piperine to enhance bioavailability. The difference in effect is real.
Are your products third-party tested?
Our products are manufactured in GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities, which means every batch is produced under strict quality controls. We are working toward third-party certificate of analysis (COA) testing for each product — check product pages for the latest.
Are your products FDA approved?
Dietary supplements are not FDA approved — this applies to all supplement brands, not just us. Supplements are regulated under DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act). Our products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and comply with all applicable regulations. Our statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Can I take multiple Noovent products together?
Our products are formulated to work well together. Cognitive Support and Ashwagandha are commonly stacked — Cognitive Support for daytime focus and mental performance, Ashwagandha for stress resilience and cortisol regulation. Lion's Mane pairs well with either. Mushroom Complex Gummies can be taken any time of day alongside other products. Note: Cognitive Support contains caffeine — do not combine with other caffeine sources and avoid taking after 2pm if you're caffeine-sensitive. Always consult a healthcare provider before combining supplements, especially if you take medications.
How long until I notice effects?
It depends on the product and ingredient. The caffeine + L-theanine in Cognitive Support can have noticeable same-day effects. Bacopa Monnieri builds over 4–6 weeks. Ashwagandha and Lion's Mane typically show meaningful results after 3–4 weeks of consistent daily use — the research shows cumulative benefits. We recommend committing to at least 30 days before evaluating. That's also why our guarantee is 30 days.
Are your products vegan / gluten-free?
Our Lion's Mane and Ashwagandha capsules use organic pullulan capsules — vegan and clean. Our Mushroom Complex Gummies are pectin-based (vegan, no gelatin) with no artificial colors, flavors, or sweeteners. Check individual product pages for full allergen and dietary information.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, then shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're actively working toward — follow us on Instagram at @nooventco for updates.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible after submission. Email us at support@noovent.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate. Once an order has shipped, we can't make changes but our refund policy still applies.
My order says delivered but I didn't receive it — what do I do?
First check with neighbors and your building's mail area. If it's still missing, email us within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it and make sure you get your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you try a Noovent product for 30 days and don't feel it was worth it, email us for a full refund. No return shipping required, no questionnaire, no hassle.
My product arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Do you offer subscriptions?
We offer a subscribe & save option on all products — subscribe for recurring deliveries and save on every order. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. No commitment required.
How do I manage my subscription?
Log into your Noovent account and navigate to Subscriptions. From there you can change your delivery frequency, swap products, pause, or cancel. You can also email us and we'll handle it for you.
GENERAL
Are supplements safe?
The ingredients in our products are well-researched and generally recognized as safe at the doses we use. Supplements aren't appropriate for everyone — consult a healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have an underlying health condition. Do not exceed recommended doses.
